Returns

At TechnoLife, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return process.

Steps for Returns:

  1. Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to initiate the return process.
  2. Provide your order details and reason for return to our customer service representative.
  3. Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization and shipping label via email.
  4. Package the item securely, including all original packaging and accessories.
  5. Affix the shipping label to the package and drop it off at your nearest shipping carrier.
  6. Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused and in the same condition as received, including all original packaging and accessories.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a TechnoLife error.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

Steps for Cancellations:

  2. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
  3. If your order has already been shipped, you may refuse delivery or return the package once it is delivered.
  4. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days.
